50 minutes Arc Trainer, weight loss program, resistance 20/25/35. During the 35 intervals I bumped the strides up to 100+/minute - 2 minutes at a time. This is two session on the Arc Trainer in a row that I bumped it up like that. Today - I was DRENCHED in sweat. Same as Thursday night. I did not manage to get it up over 113 strides/minute. Which is fine because I maintained it longer than on Thursday when I got it to 140 strides/minute.
