I don't think you need to worry if it says that. The changed formulas no longer list the 3x 6x stuff.
For example, hCG1234 used to sell real hhcg, but here's the ingredients list of the revised post-fda crackdown formula:

HCG 1234, Active Ingredients: Proprietary hcg1234 complex formula 160mg, L-Omithine, L-Carnitine, L-Arginine, L-Glutamine, Maca, Niacin, Pygeum Africanum, Beta-Alanine, Rhodiola, Astragalus.
Inactive Ingredients: Water, 20% USP Grade Alcohol.

Notice how misleading that is, calling their proprietary blend of amino acids "Proprietary hcg1234 complex". I can see how people would think it has hCG in it.

But it looks like yours does.
