Exercise Challenge Day 12
I couldn't find my knee brace to do zumba last night, but when I woke up this morning realized my knee wasn't as sore as usual. So until my knee is completely better I'll just stick with Shred for now.
Shred Level 1 (1 more day then I'll be doing Level 2; can't wait for the challenge)
