Smoke free for 30 days today! I still have cravings, I have gained weight (8.5lbs) and I can say I am totally miserable!
I think more because I have gained so much weight so quickly. I had quit a year ago for 2 months and I never gained so I thought that with low carb I was good! not true!!
I hope that I have gained all that I am going to and get back to losing.....
