I finally got the Cardio Callenetics DVD out today. Low & behold it says it has some Callenetics Evo on it! (I didn't get that far, hope to tonigight) I did several minutes of the Cardio. Watched the rest of it. It's alot of leg movement, stepping sideways, forward, backward, etc. (along with arm movement). I'm going to try & do it, but need to take it slow with my bad ankle, knee & hip. I'm going to go watch the rest of it tonight and see, maybe the toning part she does a little faster than on the Beginner one, in which case maybe I could more done in the a.m.s.
I guess this is suppose to be a challenge thread. So how's this for a challenge - Getting back to doing Callenetics at least 3 times a week.
