What they did not mention was the big one, the the low-carb group was not hungry while the low-fat LOW-CALORIE group was always hungry. Basically, low-carb or starve yourself.

Maybe he should Google it and find this website or read Protein Power or read Good Calories/Bad Colories. He might even be able to believe saturated fat is good for you.

Its interesting how studies go the way we think they should.
