Hi Rhinosaur, and welcome! I found this site via Google as well, and I'm really loving it...lots of support! Our stories are similar...I lost 30lbs (mostly by cutting out junk) and maintained for a year, but now I want to lose the rest (45). I'm Paleo-dieting. Good luck and enjoy the site!
