Hey all. I came across this forum while researching carb cycling (thanks, Google!). I hope to learn a lot while I get into this.

I lost 40 pounds prior to now and have kept it off for the past year but have been unintentionally maintaining my weight since instead of continuing to lose. I need to lose about another 30 or so to get where I want to be.
