Just my food intake with calcium today was 1348mg...
1 1/4 cup cottagecheese over 3 meals
1 chedder slice of cheese
1 carb masters yogurt
and 2 cups of spinach fresh...

I think adding Calcium pills is alot of calcium..... I just don't understand if I eat it why do I need to take so much???
