OMG! Another killer workout, these firm classic tapes are hard as hell! I was all gung ho to work out and I wasn't even 10 minutes in and I was pooped! I know I was alot younger when I did these workouts not to mention a lot lighter but man! I did my best keeping up took a break here and there and more there and a few more here's and then started back up again when I could breathe! HA! Ha! I feel much better now that it's over! I think I'm going to have to do a Firm Classic Challenge and incorporated those every week and rotate volume 1-6 for a month or two so I can whip myself back in shape! Dang! I thought I was in pretty good shape for a gal pushing 40! Bummer! But I'm still thrilled! Did you see my stat post??? Not bad losing 1% fat in a few weeks! Gotta go! Have a good day everyone!
