Sorry I forgot to add that it's also recommended that you take fish oil every day too (I take 4000 mg) per day. In winter you're supposed to switch to taking cod liver oil because of it's vitamin D properties. You should also try and get a good 10 minute dose of sunlight every day, getting the sun on your skin when you can.
