Actually, many of Karen's recipes are generously posted and already online, free of charge. Click on "recipes" from the menu above, and you'll see many of them in Karen's page on our website, not just samples.
The book, from what I've been told, will containe a lot more recipes and tips.
And yes, the Food channel will be lucky to have her on their channel, IMHO
