I didn't want to mention this earlier but why not. I've had that off and on for years (not related to LC, though I think it might increase with that) -- and a proper bout of sex before sleep can actually help reduce or eliminate that for me. It seems to vent a whole lot of energy in the nervous system is my only guess.
