2: 161.2 was expecting a bit more, but I think my doms-riddled body is holding water
Training:
Depletion, full body
A: Prisoner squats, bodyweight, 60 sec
B1: DB incl flyes, 3x16.5, 60" better, got some burn
B2: DB incl reverse row, 3x16.5, 60"/60"/45" owww still sore from yesterday (SSFY)
C: split squats to step, 3xBW, 60" ea leg good, hope I can walk tomorrow
D1: RDL's, 3x42, 60" good
D2: leg extension, 2x44, 60" stuck these in to make sure quads are done
E1: DB incl press, 2x16.5, 60" to finish off pecs
E2: Lateral raise, 2x5, 30" ahahahhaaaaa cry SSFY!
F1: Calf raise, 2x42, 60" burrrrrn SSFY!
F2: DB curls, 2x8#, 60" good SSFY!
F3: DB kickbacks, 2x8#, 60" burrrn SSFY!
Cardio:
PWO, 30' ss on the st. bike Again, first few minutes were really hard, wasn't sure I'd continue; finally got the groove about the 15 minute mark.
Foood:
M1: first thing, 5g casein and 5g whey in water slammed down, then coffee w/1c skim milk
M2: 200g EW, 4g butter, 7g lite mayo
Ex.-depletion, cardio
M3: turkey/beef meatloaf w/ketchup
M4: 100g cocheese
M5: 175g turkey breast, 150g asparagus
M6: 100g cocheese
1007 cals, 172gP, 34gC, 19gF
So I understand now why people complain about depletion workouts. I didn't feel nauseas, but it hurt and I was BITCHY! Didn't help the little ones kept wanting to bug me; usually I have more patience. Ouch. Luckily, I'm done with this for the week--hopefully the carby days will see me blissfully happy.
Also didn't help that I had a moderate headache most of the day that 1st and 2nd choice drugs didn't completely kill (not bad enough for 3rd choice). However, post cardio and food and it's finally gone.
