Man, when you summerize it that way... it's just hiliarious all over again!!

Oopsie rolls are gluten-free-bread replacement, made from eggs, cream cheese, a hint of splenda and some cream of tartar. They are listed in the recipe section, but I believe it goes like....

Separate three eggs.
Whip the whites mixed with a pinch of COT.
[as the song says, "Whip it, Whip it good"!] until the peaks form. Or you could do it Michel Jackson style and
"beat it, just beat it....wooo"...

Then add one pack of splenda to yolks and [let's see I think it's a couple tbsp of cream cheese] beat well.
[jeeze, now I've got that stupid song in my head]!

Carefully add the yolk mixture to the whites, careful not to deflate the whites.

spoon 6 parts on a greesed pan and bake 350-8 to 10 min.

This is just off the cuff.. don't quote me....I just would hate for anyone to miss out on this thread!

It just gets better everyday!

Okay, I'm crying again......DR. Cleo........tooooo goood.......ohhhhhhhh, my stomach hurrrrtts...............
