Exclamation Binge

Today is my 8th day of Induction, and I binged on carbs this morning(1 quesadilla, hot cheetos, bowl of cereal, chocolate, sweet potato fries). Basically, everything I craved, but did not allow myself to eat during Induction. I was just wondering, what is the best way to get back on track after a carb-overload? How can I get back into ketosis quickly? I was planning on maybe working out today and eating only meat or eggs for dinner. Should I not eat dinner at all? Alsoo....how can I prevent this from happening again?
