Love it!

I just bought Taubes' Good Calories, Bad Calories (It arrived in the mail yesterday) and am very excited to read it.

I came across Taubes' article that stirred everything up in 2002 by chance, years ago (before giving low carb a chance, myself.)

"This man is one smart cookie! Perhaps he's right," I thought.

Now, here I am, almost six years later...so very thankful that I came across it, and even happier that I chose to absorb what he wrote and actually heed what he was saying.
