Default Way not mid-40s

I guess there are some women who get into peri-menopausal symptoms in their mid-40s, but I still buy the big boxes of tampons... Worst comes to worst, I'll donate the remainder to the thrift shop but I haven't quit yet.

There's so much press about peri-menopause that I think we anticipate it, but the fact that cycles change and our risks of challenging pregnancies skyrocket after 40 doesn't mean it's all about to be over.
