Hi I haven't posted for awhile. I've been busy going back to work after a leave of absence. I tried CALP for awhile and must have done it wrong because I started gaining like crazy, so consequently I am keeping a tight lid on the type of carbs that I eat trying to regain lost ground. Welcome back Angel Girl, you are right we need to keep each other motivated. I know I can use all the encouragement I can get. Judy
