Hello and thank you for posting your experiences. Tried Stevia and got no sweetness, but bitter taste and, yes, a headache! After reading a pro-vegan book was put off by the Trader Joe's stevia power with lactose - am lactose intolerant. Will try other sources for Stevia, as set forth in this thread.
