The funniest thing, is their title is " Pile On The Pasta It's Good For You!" and in their list of WHY YOU NEED THEM, they are mostly referring to fruits and vegetables. And further down they condemn 'refined' carbs such as pasta. Talk about a mixed message.
The fact is, pasta isn't even really food. Even whole grain pasta, if you can ignore that it tastes like crap, is only white flour pasta with some token fiber thrown in. Have an extra helping of broccoli instead.
