Oooooh sorry I totally missed the point.

Ok, that is a little more difficult!! lol

Here goes,
- I got up a little earlier to get things done and it felt great to get into control of my day from early on.
- I have spoken to a friend on the phone who was in tears because her brother is having a breakdown and I made her feel better.
- I am going later to see her brother to give him a hug and some verbal support
