Default OMG Killer work out!!!

Just got back from Golds. Took a 30 min ab class!!!!
Then got my butt on a lifecycle L3 interval for 25 mins 200 cals burned and rode 9 miles. Pretty good ride for day 2 if I do say so myself

will edit later for food. Gonna go cook a steak on my G.Forman grill! I sound like a walking commercial!!!
