Okay, I lied - it was a free eating day.  I had some <small>cookies</small> and pizza later on. Stayed in control, though. Had a good dinner of baked fish and vegetables. My calorie count at the end of the day was 2000-ish, so that's okay.
Continued on with my LBWO today. I'll probably go for a walk later. |
