Arrow Your Opinion Please

I am about to start induction and I am torn between two Work out Videos. One is an Aerobics one that goes for about 45 minutes and makes me sweat like a pig. The other one is a Yoga video that goes for 45 minutes also and is aimed for weight loss. I really enjoy doing the yoga, whereas I have to be really motivated to do the aerobics. Doesn't it make sense to stick with an exercise routine that you enjoy? and most likely to stick to in the long run? I don't want to do too much, and put unnecessary pressure on myself during the induction phase. I would really love some feedback. Thanks!
