Hey Kim, Yes I've been exercising at least 3 times a week and still have not seen any significant loss. Jan 1, I started at 212 and went down to 204 and then gained to 207 and continued up and down between those two marks for the rest of Jan. Today I woke up and was actually 203.5- A miracle but still not the success that most people brag about. My hope is that we have stubborn bodies who just love to hang on to the fat and will one day realize we mean business and we'll drop steadily then. Who knows. I will not be defeated by anything, including stubborn fat!!! -Laurie
