The cooking has been the "biggie" for me...not the lure of HCarb stuff (not since the first couple of months, anyway). I follow "Kristine the Moderator's" advice...KISS. (Keep it simple, stupid.) Easy cooking and easy cleanup. I just get really tired of having to do it 7 days a week and I just don't like eating out. Food isn't great and I can do better, cheaper, at home. But I still don't like to cook.
