Well not exactly a chocolate covered cherry but it tastes like it.

I don't measure exactly, I just throw things together so the measurements are approx. and I use a large, oversize coffee cup for this.

1/2 cup water
2 t cocoa
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 t splenda
1 pkg cyclimate
cherry extract

Boil the water in the microwave. Add cocoa, mix & add the cream. Top with more water to fill the cup & heat in microwave. Add the splenda, cyclimate, and cherry extract to taste.
