That is similar to what I did last night Vpeach. Worked hard all day, ate very little until dinner and then dined on white wine, small prime rib, and salad. Ran into friend, rode her on bike until two AM and since there was no wine or low carb beer available finished myself off with Lebatts. Weighed almost what I did prior to my cheat day at the faire when I checked this morning, must have been all the liquid.
