Anyone up for a New Years Challenge?
 
I was thinking that I would do better if I were to set Mini Goals for myself. So I thought I might suggest this type of challenge to see if anyone else here was interested? My Goal is to get under 200 by New Years Day. That means between now and then I need to lose a total of 36 pounds. For me that certainly sounds doable. I would love to begin the new year at 199 pounds (less would be even better)

If anyone wants to join me, just set a goal weight and add your name to the list. Maybe we can support each other. I am on Day 3 and doing really well!

I have started a list in this message. As people sign up Ill post your member names here along with your goal weight. Good Luck! :thup:

I would also like to join this challenge. I started right after Memorial Day and have had some slow periods, but have still lost almost 30 lbs. I am currently ay 184.5 but I have a habit of doing this for several months and then quitting. I would like to do something to get me through the holidays. Also, it has been a long time since I have seen the 150's. My goal will get to at least 155 by New Years. However, I would be happy with 159.

Welcome on board! I have been thinking ahead to the Holidays already and racking my brain to plan menus so that I will have good low carb options for me to enjoy. :thup:

I'd like to pop in here, too, if you don't mind! I've been in kind of a slump this year - I gained weight last January and things just went downhill from there. I'd like to get back to my happy weight of 147-149 before Christmas, and I do NOT want to gain over the holidays again!

We can do this!

Howdy! I just restarted this week. I would like to join you if no one minds that I only weigh monthly after Tom ends. I would like to set a goal of 199 but am not sure how practical it is. That is a bit under 30 lbs. I would be thrilled to greet 2014 there.
