How are you calculating your BMI?

with my digital scale.

BMI = Body Mass Index BMI is used to calculate if you are overweight. Are you talking about Body fat %
I have a Tanita scale and it has BF% on it.
Bio Impedance scales are very sensitive to hydration levels of your body and will fluctuate 1-4 % easily day to day.

I would also add that BMI isn't a very good indicator once you are fit. Because it uses weight and height to do it's calcutation. So I could be heavy with muscle and be declared obese.

I'm betting that you meant BF like jag indicated and not BMI. If it is BMI then somethings wrong with your scale.
