Hi everyone! I am new to this forum, but have looked around for a while. I enjoy reading the posts. I am looking for support with the Schwarzbein Priniciple, as I am restarting this week. Day one today!! So far so good. I also would like a buddy, if anybody else is just starting and would like a buddy to email, etc, let me know! Thanks Heather

Alergies
 

I have alergies to milk products and eggs. I also have a difficult time digesting nuts. I eat allot of protein (meat and fish) I have been on Thyroid meds for years also. My husband started the Schwarzbein Principle and can eat all of it. We live in Israel. Any suggestions.

My husband would like to know why you can't eat bagels. He makes his own. Also, does he need to measure his fat intake or can he just eat as much as he wants of milk products and good oils?

What about spelt flour? Do you agree with using it.

I would love to have a buddy to e mail!! I am also a nurse, I live in Michigan. I have been somercizing (lost 80 pounds), weight watchers (lost 10 and gained 15) and finally found this and I think it is "doable" if I just leave the cookies alone!! Let me know if you want to use this forum or personal e mail.
