I did it.
My peak weight was 215lbs. Now, I've gotten down to the low 160s, in a matter of months. I fit my growth curve perfectly according to the doctor, I have a clean bill of health with good bloodwork.
In terms of weightlifting: I've managed to double my lifts while dropping body fat. Now, I'm re-adding a moderate amount of carbs to my diet while lean bulking. What got me through the diet was: 1. Lots of meat. I was eating probably double the recommended amount. 2. Hershey's Nuggets Special Dark with Almonds- 4.5g of net carbs each, satiates cravings for sugar once I was out of Induction. 3. Hardcore dedication. I adhered to Induction for weeks, and gradually began adding more carbs. So, that's it. |
YAY you!
