Anyone on here from the United Kingdom?

Hello

Just wondering if there is anyone on this forum who is from the United Kingdom? There are a couple of food items in the Schwarzbein book that we can't seem to get in the UK, for example 'Nut Thins', what are these?

If you are from the UK do you know of any good low carb foods available here?
