How are my PCOS friends doing? How are you doing on your diet changes?

Not sure if you are directing this to everyone or just a few people you know. But can I be your friend??? I've got PCOS and been LC for almost a year now. AF is still doing pretty good. Had a few challenges this weekend, but I only ate 5 tater tots and a piece of cornbread. I think that was awesome, before LC I would eat tater tots and cornbread as veggies. lol

Goolu--How are you doing?

I'm struggling. I lost weight initially when I started metformin and lowcarb, but now nothing seems to work. It's so sad to work so hard and get nowhere!

Let's bump this up!! How's everyone with PCOS doing? Symptoms calming down a little?

For me, I *should* be starting in the next week. I've been faithful to LC, so hopefully that means that my cycle is on time! Here's hoping! lol
