The pill that measures flatulence

Ok, this roped me in because it sounded super silly, but the article is fascinating. It discusses what happens to your belly on a high fiber diet.

And it's completely unnecessary on a low-fiber diet as there are no toots to track.

What were they feeding him on the low fiber diet?

And yes, one of the benefits of low carbing is the very low Toot Incidence.

I once (ironically) spent a health weekend to do an article about it, and everyone was very nice and I learned interesting things, but they had a preset thing served to attendees according to Weston Price. Which I admire, but it's not exactly what works for me, and after eating not much and not what I usually eat, I was tooting like a brass section.
