Dark Chocolate Bars

Hi Karen:

I wanted to make the Dark Chocolate Bars from your new low carb cookbook, but I can't find cocoa butter anywhere. I've tried Capers, Whole Foods, and Meinhardt's and they don't carry it. Any suggestions?
