need help posting
 

hello , can any one tell me what I am doing wrong, I try to post and it works then I come back the next day, and I can not find where I had post ed , I am as you all can see not very good with this .
is there a way that I can go back to my last post?
I am doing atkins right now, been doing it over on and off for the last 7 years.
was doing great with my weight and got to my goal 155, stayed at that until last year , had some surgery last Nov and was off my feet for over 3 months, put on 8 pounds , now I am going from 161 to 163 ever seen , did Cad for a time . but i always seem to go back to Atkins, any way i really would like to come on her each day for your input and help. but i just dont get it right any help would be nice that you so much :help:

Go to User CP and then look for "subscribed threads". I'll bet it's still there.

Click on your own user name. Then click on View Public Profile. Go down below where you could have pictures and you will see a place marked something like 'Forum.' Click on "find all posts by hopeo." It will take you to them by date, starting with the newest.
