Only a few weeks in and allready results (pics)
 

I've been on Induction since Jan 3rd, and tomorrow (well today) will be day 14! I decided to stay on a little bit longer. I'm not sure how much I've lost because I don't have a scale, and I'm patiently waiting for the one I ordered to come in the mail =). The weight I have as my current weight in my stats is from a doctor's visit a few days before christmas, and my "before" weight is before I started Atkins the first time in 2002. I figured I'd keep it because I didn't gain it *all* back.......

so today, I found an old pair of glasses I wore in high school and took a picture of myself to see how they look. I was really quite surprised at how different my face looked, and I guess I didn't notice it in the mirror. I'm actually starting to get a NECK, and my nose is starting to look bigger or something compared to the rest of my face!

I was really surprised by that picture, so I tried to take a purposely unflattering picture of myself puffing out my cheeks to make myself look fat! haha, nope, I look silly, but NOT fat!

I saw your sweatshirt there in your pic...do you go to rutgers? I graduated from Drew in '04 but worked out with the Rutgers Masters Water Polo team my senior year in college. YOu guys finally made it to a bowl game this year! Great work on your loss and say hi to Jersey for me, I havent been back since October.

:wave: haha yes, i did go to Rutgers but i'm working on transferring to Montclair. i don't think I could ever leave jersey!

lol thats crazy, when In was back visiting I spent four hours at montclair watching a buddy of mine play really basketball. Its a good school with a good vibe, I hve a bunch of friends that have gone there and enjoyed it. And believe me, at some point EVERYONE has to leave jersey!

I've been following Atkins basically to the book so far...except I'll never give up my coffee. it isn't too bad! good luck :)
