12/02~ 50.28 sec's
12/03~1:00.23 min's
12/04~1:08.30 min's
12/05~1:09.29 min's
12/ 06~ 40.23 sec's (my arms just could not do this today)
12/07~ 50.00ish sec's (inaccurate time because I didn't reset my stopwatch lol)
12/08~1:01.40 min's
12/09~1:06.61 min's
12/10~1:10.56 min's
12/11~1:12.71 min's

Having a hard time increasing this time. Arms are weak and elbows are bothering me still. Core is weak too. I really need this training!

I'm having a hard time too!!! It was all I could do to hold on for a few more seconds today lol!!!
I started planking because I knew my core was weak & a strong core helps so many other areas too!
So I'm sticking with it!!! :thup: :thup: :thup:

WOW!!! These puppies are hard to do...no wonder they work so well!
