Chinese Food

What are your recommendations for Chinese food? Is Chicken and Broccoli ok? I'm concerned about the sauce.

Here's a good list of safe choices and tips:

but also find the Crackslaw recipes below, can be beef or shrimp and use different Asian spices.

Nice link- thanks, Janet.

For Chinese out:
Egg drop soup, but sometimes I will get a mixed seafood soup, or vegetables/tofu in broth

Mooshu without the pancakes and sauce
Egg foo young without gravy
Steamed scallops, shrimp or chicken with blackbean or garlic sauce. Lobster sauce is also a good choice.
Schezuan string beans

I like chicken and broccoli, too.the sauce isn't terrible, but I keep it to a small portion and then am careful with the other stuff I eat with it.

You should definitely skip the scale the next day. All the soy sauce definitely makes you retain water ;)
