What I have for breakfast.
 

I love eggs and I have not gotten tired of them yet. So this morning I cooked sausage and crumbled it then drained it. Melted a little butter and poured in my scrambled eggs and shredded cheese then dumped the sausage in too. Cook all that together and man is it good.

something else you could try is adding splenda and cinnamon to your eggs and them top it with sour cream sweetened with splenda. its really good.peace out.
