Well hello Novemner!
I spent last month maintaining between 199-202 after finally getting into ONEDERLAND in September, and adjusting to a new job. I do fluctuate about 3 pounds like most so no worries about the 202. But now it's time to "get er done"! The last 25# of my journey began November 1st. My goal this month is 195. I am also lifting weights 3 days a week and riding my bike to work when it's not raining (6 miles round trip). Smaller portions, more exercise....it's what it takes for me. Oh, I also eat once a day, ZC. I'll throw some short fasts in this month as well. I hope everyone has an amazing Novemner and resists the temptations of the holidays! We CAN make smart choices and still eat delicious food! Onward! :wave: 11/3=202.0, lifted weights, walked 3 miles 11/4=201.4, Bike ride to and from work today(6 miles total) 11/5=201.8, it's raining, just a short walk for exercise today 11/6=201.6, lifted weights, short walk and short bike ride 11/7=201.4, yep....I need to start a fast in the next few days to get er going. No exercise today besides working all day 11/8=201.4, no exercise today (see below) (started fast 7 pm) 11/9=200.6, no exercise 11/10= 11/11= 11/12= 11/13= 11/14= 11/15= 11/16= 11/17= 11/18= 11/19= 11/20= 11/21= 11/22= 11/23= 11/24= 11/25= 11/26= 11/27= 11/28= 11/29= 11/30= 11/31= |

Charms, I broke 200 awhile ago and have been fluctuating within 3#
But 198 IS a new low for me I'm hoping for 195 soon! |
