Hope ya'll had a good first week :cheer: I lost almost 3lbs and happy to report my electrolytes are back in normal range. Just got to remember to use my salt grinder on everything.

Well hello Novemner!
I spent last month maintaining between 199-202 after finally getting into ONEDERLAND in September, and adjusting to a new job. I do fluctuate about 3 pounds like most so no worries about the 202. But now it's time to "get er done"! The last 25# of my journey began November 1st.

My goal this month is 195. I am also lifting weights 3 days a week and riding my bike to work when it's not raining (6 miles round trip). Smaller portions, more exercise....it's what it takes for me. Oh, I also eat once a day, ZC. I'll throw some short fasts in this month as well. I hope everyone has an amazing Novemner and resists the temptations of the holidays! We CAN make smart choices and still eat delicious food!

Onward! :wave:

11/3=202.0, lifted weights, walked 3 miles
11/4=201.4, Bike ride to and from work today(6 miles total)
11/5=201.8, it's raining, just a short walk for exercise today
11/6=201.6, lifted weights, short walk and short bike ride
11/7=201.4, yep....I need to start a fast in the next few days to get er going. No exercise today besides working all day
11/8=201.4, no exercise today (see below)

I had to get a cortisone shot in my trapezius yesterday for a pinched nerve. I hate steroids but it was making me unable to work, which I cannot afford to do. Cortisone makes me gain weight, or at least, not lose. And I can't lift weights for a while or ride my bike. So, a small set back but I'm hoping my upcoming fast will jump start things.

11/09/16: choosing NOT to weigh this A.M. Watching last night's election returns induced so much anxiety, I kept getting up and going down to the kitchen and getting something to eat - mostly OP because that's pretty much all I have in my kitchen - but, at this point I can't swear to what went in my mouth last night...or what all came OUT of it last night either for that matter :blush: I just don't want to KNOW what I weigh this morning.
