[Montignac] is salads all i can eat?
 

hello, i have been on the Montignac for a week, so far all i have been eating are salads, i change the sauces, the ingredients but its seams all the same.

i used to serve my food with pasta,rice, potatoes but now that i can't have any of that, all i eat is salads with fish, chicken meat, tofu, don't know what else to make.

i have the book eat yourself slim, but i can't find his cook books in my country :( could you give me more phase 1 recipes? thanks
