Great low carb bread company
 

I tried some of these breads and they are good I also did the hidden carb calculator and the numbers are correct from the label, does anyone know if this bread woild be allowed for low carb diet?
The ingredients are low carb too, like almond flour and flax seeds.

Not if you are on Atkins. Or really on any plan, if you are trying to lose weight by keeping carbs low. If you want to lose weight by a low calorie diet, with an eye toward low carb, it could work.
