New Years to Valentines Challenge!
Ok here goes I am going to start a challenge to hinge off of the one that 4Beans4me Started for us for christmas. I propose 1 goal is going to be set a new goal weight for Feburary 14th 2005 VALENTINES DAY! If you wish to add other goals into this that is fine. I want to start this on Saturday Janurary 1, 2005 with weigh ins on Saturday's. Below are my goals for this challenge.
Unholy Goal Weight 290 Start Weight 305(may change by the 1st will adjust goals to actually start the 1st.) Exercise 5 days a weekWater Intake: 1 Gallon 5 days a week |

I had a *horrible* 2004, and am ready to change everything in 2005. I am currently at my top weight *ever*, and need challenges to keep me square! I also like weekly weigh ins, and the sense of teamwork when joining others for the cause of a greater good :) Also, if you wanted a graphic to go with the challenge, I'd be happy to put one together (I did a lot of the t-shirt designs for this site, including the rotating banners at the top left of your screen now) We could update it with everyone's combined losses every week? Just a thought :) Here's my goal: Lose 20 pounds between January 1 and February 14, which basically pans out to 4 pounds/week. Great to meet you, and looking forward to meeting my goal! Karen |

Hello there gang! You know I am in this with you all. I am glad that this group will be continueing to support each other. At this time I think my weight goal will to get to 180 by Valentine's Day (lose 15 pounds). I may adjust this a little by January 1st. Exercise class 3x week and cycle 2x week.

Hey Unholy, of course I'm in...I'm always up for a good challenge and since I did so well with the Christmas challenge I'm just so psyched for another.
I have a mini goal between Christmas and New Years and that is to get down to 180 lbs, it's my half way point in my whole goal and I would love to start the New Year there, but we'll see!!!! I have a half of pound to go to get there. I'll set my goal on New Years Day. Thanks Unholy for starting this! Hugs, Angel J. |

So....hmmmmm Well, I think my first goal will be 247lb (which will mean I hit my 50lb lost marker) I know it's not much (only 4lb) but I am setting myself a low goal so that I can hope to achieve it!! Thanks for starting this thread - I am so definately going to try to get to feb 14th having lost 50lbs!! |

Love the way you have the stats set up. I did my exercise class this morning. I have just wo more bottles of water togo today and I am drinking one right now and one more right after that. Thanks for setting this up Unholy.
