Hi out there, :wave:
just wondering if there is anyone near Cambridge/Huntingdon area? Have been on/off low carb for almost 5 years and at beginning lost 4 stone (56lbs) in less than 18 months, but since have had lots of self-problems and put most back on again. No one around me is of similar low carb following and I am finding it hard to get back the motivation - which I really want as I never felt so well as when I was eating low carb and lost that weight. :help:

ps. will have to alter stats as they have changed rather and not for the better! :o
