I'm back on lowcarb and getting back on the exercise track as well. :)

30 minutes Buns and Thighs Winsor Pilates DVD. (I ended up having to restart due to an "issue" with one of my cats.)

3.5 hours of yard work (including bagging leaves and junk, moved a lot of stuff out to the street for garbage day, tying up branches, cutting down branches, cleaning out the ditch, and putting up a fence.)

Around 3 hours of yard work - tilling the yard, digging, raking dirt, moving dirt, weeding.
I twisted my right ankle while digging. It hurts, but not too bad (right now). |
20 minute run; 5 minute cool down
5 minutes elliptical trainer. 5 minutes stretching machine 10 minutes Yoga |
35 minutes Precore Elliptical machine.
12, 10, 8, 6, 12 reps Back machine. 12 minutes Precore Elliptical machine. |

I keep forgetting to post my workouts. Mainly yoga and pilates for the past few days. |
