Hi, everybody! I posted a few times here a long (LONG!) time ago, under the "Susky" handle. Apparently I had registered using an email address that I no longer use, so I couldn't log in under that name. Thus, I'm now Susky2!

I did quite well following strict Atkins back in the day, but I let things slip, and old habits brought me back to the point where I need to start undoing the past few years of misbehavior.

I'm thinking more keto these days, and I'm trying to nudge myself in the right direction. I'm hoping to chat with folks here and keep my motivation going.
